1. General Terms

These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") govern the relationship between TAXIXXL (hereinafter "Provider") and the customer (hereinafter "Customer") in the provision of transportation services. By using our website and ordering our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

We provide the following services:

  • Contract passenger transport by minibuses and cars
  • Airport transfers
  • Hourly vehicle rental with driver
  • Bus transportation for larger groups
  • Transportation throughout Czech Republic and Europe

3. Booking and Reservation

Booking is made through:

Reservation is confirmed by email. The booking becomes binding upon confirmation by the Provider.

4. Prices and Payments

All prices are stated in CZK excluding VAT. VAT of 21% is added to the total price.

  • Prices are binding only after booking confirmation
  • Payment is made before or after the trip as agreed
  • We accept: cash, bank transfer, credit card
  • Contract clients receive discounts up to 15%

5. Cancellation and Modification

Customer can cancel or modify reservation:

  • More than 24 hours before travel: Cancellation without charge
  • 12-24 hours before travel: Charge of 50% of price
  • Less than 12 hours: Charge of 100% of price
  • Modification: Free if made more than 24 hours in advance

6. Customer Obligations

Customer agrees to:

  • Provide correct and complete information about the trip
  • Be ready at the agreed location and time
  • Behave respectfully and respect the driver and vehicle
  • Comply with laws and safety regulations
  • Not carry dangerous or prohibited items
  • Pay the agreed price

7. Provider Obligations

Provider agrees to:

  • Provide safe and comfortable transportation
  • Arrive at the agreed location at the agreed time
  • Ensure the vehicle is in good technical condition
  • Employ professional and courteous drivers
  • Comply with all legal and safety regulations

8. Liability for Damages

Provider is not liable for: (a) delays caused by traffic conditions, (b) loss or damage to Customer's personal items, (c) unforeseen circumstances (force majeure), (d) damages caused by Customer's breach of Terms. Provider is liable for direct damages caused by its negligence up to the price of the service.

9. Safety and Insurance

All vehicles are:

  • Insured with mandatory liability insurance
  • Equipped with safety features (airbag, ABS, ESP)
  • Equipped with certified child seats
  • Regularly technically inspected

10. Special Requests

Special requests (e.g., child seat, Wi-Fi, specific route) must be stated in the booking. Provider will attempt to fulfill all reasonable requests but is not legally bound to do so.

11. Communication

Provider will communicate with Customer via email, phone, or SMS. Customer agrees to provide correct contact information.

12. Changes to Terms

Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms. Changes will be effective upon publication on the website. Continued use of services means acceptance of new Terms.

13. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved according to the laws of the Czech Republic. The court with jurisdiction at the Provider's seat has exclusive jurisdiction.
